The property is conveniently located to everything in Dayton, TN. The customer service is awful, though.
I originally called to book the room directly because we needed to add rollaway beds to our reservation. The desk clerk was unable to book rooms for us. She didn’t seem to know how to run the computers. After 20 minutes, I asked if it would be easier to book online and then call back to add the rollaway bed and she said yes. Very frustrating!
I rented two rooms for multiple nights and one room clearly had a ventilation issue. It was humid and musty smelling. The carpet and bedding felt damp for all three days. We wondered if there were some flooding issues on level two. We were denied a room change. We also requested a rollaway bed prior to checking in and were told it would be in the room. Then the front desk person said she never agreed to that and asked if we could come get the bed because she was too busy. We retrieved our own bed and it was broken. We requested a second rollaway bed and she again asked if we could come get it ourselves; she was busy.
The fitness room also had ventilation issues. There was no a/c in there and it smelled so gross and musty. It was so humid, the rubber mat floor would become wet under your shoes or workout mat. The condensation in the floor was a safety hazard in a workout room. The sanitizing wipes were all dried out.
On our second night, our room key quit working, as did other guests. They also double booked rooms.
