Expedia should not be booking clients in a location that should have closed a long time ago. Room was dirty , many unsafe conditions, nothing at all like the description or pictures shown . If we could have left and located another property, we definitely would have . Extremely disappointed with Expedia , do not consider it a reliable booking company anymore . I will advise my fellow travelers to NOT book with Expedia ever . I do have pictures that I will share , both with friends and social media accounts.

The heat didn’t work, squatters on the property, smelled like weed, dirty dishes and sheets left in sink and on floor … and all of that when we just walked in the room!

It was VERY apparent the bedding had not been changed. Pulled pack the covers and there was what appeared to be a blood stain and pubic hairs all over the sheet. It was late when we discovered this. Had to get up very early to catch a flight otherwise I would have demanded my money back. Slept on top of covers, covered the pillows with our dirty clothes and covered up with our coats! Still haven't received the $100 room deposit! Can't get anyone to answer the phone to find out the status! Bottom line, this place was disgusting! I will go to the top if I need to to get my deposit back! As nasty as this place was, I should get a full refund!!

This property is worn out, and poorly maintained. More lights were burned out than working. Heating system was loud. Part of lock for the door was broken and sitting next to the door, so all could see it. I would NOT recommend this place for security reasons. Plenty of other motels close. Cheap, but still not worth the price.

Staff friendly and kitchen adequate; otherwise disappointing. No free breakfast or workout room because of construction, an unwelcome surprise. Housekeeper asleep on job: coffee maker broken, shower drain sluggish, room needed vacuuming, extra blanket had what looked like dog food stuck to it, dried liquid of some sort in bureau drawer, empty juice box next to nightstand and Coke bottle in bathroom waste basket. Room generally was down-at-heel: frayed carpet, cracked door frame and tile, one closet door wouldn't close and the other came off its track, the winter wind fairly roared through the unweatherstripped balcony door.

The room was really ran down my beds weren’t made, looked like someone had already slept in them, the kitchen was not very welcoming for cooking I didn’t even want to use the coffee pot. The floors looked like they haven’t been vacuumed, I didn’t even want to take my shoes off after a 12 hour drive. The tables were dirty one of the TV’s didn’t work the cabinets were missing doors. I will never stay there at that location ever again.

Call to make sure of breakfast first!
The whole reason for our choice of this hotel was the breakfast option. Unfortunately the app said there was a hot breakfast available but the revelation was they did not. The booking said breakfast, but failed to mention 2 day old bananas and oranges with oatmeal packets - no milk, water, or microwave. Besides no breakfast, the room would’ve been ok if it weren’t for the ceiling leaking water in the shower of our room from above, or the mystery stain on the carpet. Or other potential water leaks from above. Not to mention the curtain chewed to bits. We survived. Please check rooms b4 signing in.

The property was ok and the rooms were super spacious. The big problem was they had a marajuana party downstairs. It wasnt just one puff. My room since I was right above it was filled with smoke so back i felt like I was getting high. When I called the staff said they wouldn't do anything. So I walked to the office and saw other's getting high as well. I just couldn't take it I had to walk out.

Property is old and has not been renovated in a long time. Had 2 closets with no doors, tub/shower unit looked like it was the original. Shower rod had been installed several times and curtain wouldn't stay closed on either end. Was provided with bath towel only. Had to ask for wash cloths and hand towel which we were asked why we needed them. Owners are just cheap and cut corners. Sofa was old, dirty, with broken down cushions.

The room was nice but the “breakfast” was a corner store delight Iv had better breakfast in the justice center “Hamilton county jail” also maybe specify on the booking sight that the pool is outdoors no one wants to deal with a mad 6 year old other then breakfast and amenities I like the rooms but absolutely missed on everything else honey buns for breakfast try again

The wall had scorch marks by the thermostate where wires were also hanging out. They require a $100 dollar deposit to prevent smoking. Then check the room while youre waiting to check out for a smoke smell to keep the 100. Not a good establishment. Save your money

I did not stay, I paid, got to my room, saw how dirty it was, torn curtains, stained curtains, dark, police all over the parking lot, and went in to ask for a refund. They gave me a refund code, here it is 18 days later, still no credit. I am shocked that Expedia still has this hotel listed as an option.
