We stayed for four nights and used the house as a base to explore Daylesford, Hephburn Springs, Ballarat, Bendigo and a few nearby wineries and hiking locations. Jeanna was a great host. She gave us lots of information before we got there so checking in and out and exploring the area was super easy. »

My furbabies loved the huge back yard with all new bird life for them including kookaburras lol. The house is comfortable and contains everything to make a holiday for a small or large group. A fully appointed dwelling and great base to tour the Central Highlands. The house was well maintained and clean. The gifts provided were a thoughtful gesture. The beds especially were comfortable and provided for a restful holiday. »

« I took my elderly mum and niece to this property for a Mum/Nan 4 night getaway. We loved the house, it was so lovely and clean , very well presented and the gift hamper on arrival added a lovely warm touch. The photos and description of the house are true to form, very impressed. We didn’t take our dog , but it was nice to see how this property catered for animals ie dog kennel and bed, plus dog bowls. « Beautiful house and garden. We were lucky enough to stay while the pretty blossoms were out on the trees surrounding the deck. The outlook from the inside to out was magical. It was a cold and wet weekend but we were warm and cosy in this amazing house. If you like charming, earthy, rustic and luxurious all rolled into one you’ll love this place. Some lovely touches included fresh flowers inside, heating and soft lighting on when we arrived. »

« Fabulous house on the lakes edge. Amazingly comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen & bathroom amenities. All bedrooms with ensuites work perfectly for families or friends travelling together. Great walking trails around the lakes just outside the front gate. 15-20mins walk into the township of Daylesford. Lots of stairs over 3 levels so not suited to anyone with mobility issues. A few minor issues that come with rentals (cleaning & maintenance but nothing serious) Would definitely stay again. »
