Location overlooking trees/lake was fantastic, with easy access to walking path. Plenty of room, great lounge area, and good size balcony with comfy chairs and separate table/chairs. The afternoon sun on the balcony was lovely. The kitchen was practical, the TV’s in the lounge and bedroom were large and the gas fire was a treat. It also had AC. The bathroom was very clean, with a large spa bath. With windows open you could hear traffic from the front bedroom and cockatoos around the lake via the rear balcony, but these were not a big deal. The property although clean inside it had a couple of issues. Firstly the smoke detector outside the bathroom door was hanging open and did not have a battery. And there was a lot of rubbish laying around outside the front entrance and in the garden near the footpath.
