Great location and I loved that the windows did not face the street (just the garden) which meant I didn't have to worry about the dog barking at people walking by. It was nice and private. Dogs loved it too. My only disappointment was that I was looking forward to the fireplace but there wasn't enough fuel. I was happy to buy it but was told it was unavailable.
