"We have been going to the Big Canoe for three years now. This was the best by far. Great space and location to many activities. House was well equipped with what we needed. Owner called us while we were there to see if we needed anything to help enjoy our stay. We will be back."

"Dan was an excellent host. He was helpful and was always available when needed, even though we didn’t need him often. The property is in a great location. It’s close to civilization but feels very remote. If you like to jog or walk in the mornings, it’s a great locale for that. The house needs some updates, so be aware of that if you’re looking for something that’s super modern. But, if you’re living lake life correctly, you don’t need to be in the house much. "Great place for a weekend getaway with family/friends. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. House is nice and the teens really enjoyed the game room. Dock is a little dated and if you're traveling with little kids or seniors just be aware that the house has lots of stairs. Access to the lake is very close, but steep and uneven footing. Overall, highly recommend."

"My family, consisting of 12 adults, stayed at this Big Canoe house. The home is in good shape and is described accurately in the listing. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are fine and the pantry had a nice supply of household items. We enjoyed the grill and the fire pit."
