The decorations made it feel cozy and homey. Check in was super easy and the host was quickly responsive to any questions we had. My daughter and her best friend had to work from home one day and made quick use of the fabulous office space. Having access to a garage was very helpful because most properties I rent the garage is usually locked! It is spacious and has everything you might need. The kitchen comes fully stocked, and there are plenty of towels. The location is stunning, and we enjoyed using the Big Canoe pass each day we were there. Big Canoe was only a 15 minute drive depending on which entrance we entered at. Best stocked home of any rental I have ever seen. We enjoyed the state of the art kitchen, large deck and fire pit. We were so excited to have several bear sightings on the property during our one week stay, including a cub from the back deck on our last night. We have stayed at MANY rentals and this property is by far the most well stocked and had the perfect accommodations for us! The home was beautiful with plenty of space. The decor is very nice but also very comfortable seating and bedding situations. We were very surprised and pleased with the elevated level of appliances, kitchenware, and supplies. In addition there were an abundance of charging stations in bedrooms and common areas. The host has thought of it all. Everything was very clean, spacious, & well stocked and supplied. Great property for our family spread across multiple states to gather for a wedding in nearby Tate. Plenty of things to do on the property for our group with ages from 10 to 83\. Spacious bedrooms, multiple kitchens and commons areas provide plenty of space to spend time, while also offering the ability to isolate for some quiet time. Really appreciated the fully outfitted kitchen on the main level - a chef's dream - with plenty of space and tools to get the job done. The second kitchen downstairs offered a nice alternative as well. The arcade games and foozball were hits with kids and adults. Beautiful environment for the outdoor enthusiasts as well. We also had a mother bear and cub visit us the first morning of our stay! We had enough beds to accommodate our family of 13 adults and we used a small mattress to accommodate our three little ones. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast out on the patio. We also did s’mores one night. Part of our group were able to visit Amicalola Falls State Park, only 13 miles away. I wished we had more time to explore and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We contacted the host once about extra sheets, he was very cordial. Told us exactly where they were located. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! FYI, the wedding experience was also great! Shout out to the Wheeler House event venue! ##### mae b. The cabin had everything we needed for our large group. The back porch was great. The kitchen is fully stocked and all the drawers and cabinets are labeled. We cooked every day and had a lot of food so the extra refrigerator in the kitchen downstairs was nice to have. We used the fire pit to make s’mores. The driveway was great for hanging out with the kids and playing cornhole since there is really not a yard. There was plenty of parking especially since the garage is empty and we fit two cars in it. Grocery stores are about 20 minutes away and there was plenty to do in the area. Passes to get into Big Canoe was nice. We all went swimming and had a picnic lunch. We had a great time with our family and would stay again. ##### Vern C. Two car garage available if needed. The rooms were split well for our trip with sleeping areas in the basement, and both the first and second floor. First floor is a suite with bathroom included. 20-30 minutes from groceries, gas, restaurants and golf! We tubed down the river at Cartercay with ages ranging from 3 to 75\. We also drove to amicola falls for a nice long hike and awesome scenery. The house itself is fully equipped with a full kitchen (one also in the basement), washer and dryer, outdoor gas grill which we used three times and large common area where we could all sit together to hang out. We had 15 in our party. Would go back again! Also had a brief visitor from a black bear one afternoon. Kids thought it was awesome to be that close. A beautiful mountain home with every amenity you could think of! Plush towels, great beds, comfy pilllows, plenty of linens and extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen + bonus kitchen downstairs. Showers all stayed nice and hot for our big crew! Plenty of space for our big family get together, with a beautiful view of the mountains and woods. We all enjoyed the fire pit at night and looking up at the stars. The kids played outside ALOT on all the trails , woods and Wildlife Management Area that runs up along side the home. It was nice that the kids could play outside without worrying if it was going to bother any neighbors. A big plus for adults! We made a lot of forever memories and will be back again! ##### Terie A.
