A beautiful two bedroom, first floor apartment located in Dawlish Warren, ideal for exploring the rest of Devon.. All on the First Floor:

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-fi included. Small balcony with outdoor furniture. Residents car park (not allocated). No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. 14 Red Rock is a modern two bedroom apartment situated on the first floor. Located in Dawlish Warren the property offers a nearby beach within walking distance and is the perfect base to enjoy exploring the rest of Devon.
Internally, the apartment is modern with an open plan living kitchen and dining area. The large French doors provide plentiful natural light and access to the furnished balcony. Externally, the furnished balcony area is ideal for al fresco dining.
The seaside resort of Dawlish Warren offers a sandy beach, as well as the renowned sand spit which is home to Dawlish Warren Golf Course and National Nature Reserve.
Only 1 ½ miles from Dawlish Warren is the charming coastal town of Dawlish. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Here you will find rare black swans and other wildlife.
The town’s railway station is nearby, offering good public transport links.The railway lines presence along the seafront makes Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route. The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway.
