A beautiful one bedroom, first floor apartment located in Dawlish Warren. All on the First Floor:   
  
Open plan living space.  
  
Living area: 20" Freeview TV, DVD Player, French Doors Leading To Balcony  
  
Dining area.  
  
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine  
  
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed  
  
Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-fi included. Small balcony with outdoor furniture. Private car park for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. 10 Red Rock is a modern one bedroom apartment situated on the first floor. You’ll find a beach just a short walk away and the charming coastal town of Dawlish can be reached by a scenic coastal walk.  
  
Internally, the apartment is modern with an open plan living kitchen and dining area. Large patio doors provide generous natural light and access to the balcony where you can relax after a busy day.  
  
Dawlish Warren Golf Club is located on the sand spit at the mouth of the Exe estuary and has fantastic views making it the perfect location for a game or two  
  
You can take a leisurely stroll along the coastal path to Dawlish, a charming town situated on the south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Don’t forget your camera as you’ll find rare black swans and other wildlife to photograph.  
  
The town’s railway station is nearby, with good public transport links. The historic line runs along the seafront and next to the sandy beach. Dawlish is a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route.

#### An ideal base to explore the area from.

An ideal base to explore the area from. The Warren is very touristy but the apartment is in a quiet area, although the trains run just a few hundred metres away. The station is only a few minutes walk which is handy for visiting Exeter and many other places. Recommend Totnes particularly.
