"Great access to trail system. Plenty of room. We had 3 buggies and 2 trailers / 2 trucks andHad room for parking. You can hear the train but after a day of riding too tired to hear it. Would stay again. Host very communicative and responsive."

"If you're riding Hatfield McCoy trails it's ideal. Close to the trail head and plenty of parking area for truck and trailer. It's an older trailer so that's just the reality but it was clean and comfortable with no major issues. Cleaning person missed the coffee maker for a while so it needed to be thrown away. Also we're some ants but youre in the mountains so no big deal. I'd stay there again no hesitation."

"The room was very clean, cleaner than most hotels I've been too and very affordable too.... hotels want more to rent a room than this beautiful place that's got wonderful mountain views You have about every amenity you will really need which was an awesome touch. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The AC is cold and the room had a excellent quality flat screen smart TV. The linens were nice clean and soft as well.Wifi signal was excellent. I would love to continue calling this my home away from home when visiting family in Grundy."
