Property Summary  
The "Verbena" is a beautiful and comfortable apartment house built in 1971, situated at an altitude of 1,560 meters in Davos Dorf, Switzerland. It offers shared access to a garden and meadow, as well as amenities such as a storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Linens and towels can be changed for an additional charge, and room cleaning is available upon request. The property provides motor access and communal covered parking. It is an ideal vacation rental for families, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities.  
  
Outdoors  
The "Verbena" is situated in a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful and traffic-calmed environment. The property is south-east facing and just 600 meters from the lake, providing easy access to outdoor recreation. Nearby, you can enjoy hiking on the walking paths directly from the house or cycling along the designated cycle lane just 100 meters away. The area also boasts a variety of sports facilities, including golf courses, surf and sailing schools, tennis courts, minigolf, a riding stable, sports center, sled run, cross-country ski tracks, and an ice rink. The renowned ski regions of Parsenn, Jakobshorn, and Rinerhorn are easily accessible from the property.

The Verbena Apt. 3 is a 2-room apartment located on the 1st floor, renovated in 2011 with modern and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room features a double fold-away bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV, a flat-screen TV, and a radio. It also has an exit leading to the balcony. Additionally, there is one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. It also has a bathroom with either a bath or shower/WC. The property features heating and parquet floors throughout. There is a small balcony of 4 m2 with a south-east facing position, providing views of the mountains and the garden. Balcony furniture is included.  
  
Other Information  
The Verbena Apt. 3 offers additional facilities such as a washing machine (extra charge), a dryer (extra charge), and a sauna (extra charge). The property also provides internet access with free WiFi. Garage space number 3 is available at the house. Please note that this vacation rental is suitable for families and is a non-smoking property.
