The "Verbena" is a beautiful and comfortable apartment house built in 1971, situated at an altitude of 1,560 meters in Davos Dorf, Switzerland. It offers shared access to a garden and meadow, as well as amenities such as a storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Linens and towels can be changed for an additional charge, and room cleaning is available upon request. The property provides motor access and communal covered parking. It is an ideal vacation rental for families, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities.  
  
Outdoors  
The "Verbena" is situated in a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful and traffic-calmed environment. The property is south-east facing and just 600 meters from the lake, providing easy access to outdoor recreation. Nearby, you can enjoy hiking on the walking paths directly from the house or cycling along the designated cycle lane just 100 meters away. The area also boasts a variety of sports facilities, including golf courses, surf and sailing schools, tennis courts, minigolf, a riding stable, sports center, sled run, cross-country ski tracks, and an ice rink. The renowned ski regions of Parsenn, Jakobshorn, and Rinerhorn are easily accessible from the property.

You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that is 70 square meters in size and located on the 1st floor with a south-east facing position. The apartment has been partly renovated in 2021 and features a spacious, comfortable, and cozy design. The living/dining room is equipped with cable TV and a flat screen, and it provides access to the balcony. There is one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and another room with a French bed (1 x 120 cm).

The apartment comes with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill and fondue set. It also features a washing machine (extra charge), dryer (extra charge), and complimentary WiFi internet access. The floors are made of parquet, and there is a small 8 square meter balcony with a south-east facing position, offering views of the mountains and garden. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture. Additionally, a garage space for one car (no. 4) is available at the property. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of one dog permitted.
