It is perfect for 3 families (13ppl). The House is full of updated hi-tech Tv’s, bose soundbar, and thermostats etc. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and Pac-man! Warm and cozy all the time. Darien is an excellent host, fast response and care about our trip. We all loved it and hope to return again!! ##### joon k. I rented this house for a 40th birthday weekend getaway for my husband with our best friends and their kids! It was 4 adults and 3 kids and it was more than spacious! We loved seeing the beautiful fall scenery and the fall leaves! We enjoyed the hot tub after being out hiking all day! The large dining table was perfect for family games! It's a short drive outside of Davis/Thomas and a beautiful house! You can access trails just behind the house and community and hike your way over to Black Water Falls SP (about 6 miles oneway). Beautiful woodsy lot, with a beautiful view. Plenty of space for large families with ALL the amenities! Darian is a super host, always responsive and genuinely cared we had everything we need.
