« This is a nice house for those with kids and/or pets. The backyard is fully fenced with well maintained landscaping. The grill was terrific. There is a nice patio with lovely shade provided by mature wisteria vines growing over the roof top. Inside, the cool air conditioning was a welcomed relief in the 100 degree weather. « A great stay, and a great host.The neighborhood is older and undergoing some revitalization. It is quiet, safe and the location is absolutely perfect. Central and close to everything - downtown, U of U, ski areas, etc. Ample restaurants and shopping within minutes.The unit is wonderful. « My extended Family of 18-adults and 3-children had a great stay at this magnificent home. The location was great for all the outdoor activities that we were interested in. A bonus was the wildlife, a Bull Elk in the velvet, Wild Turkeys and lots of birds. This house included lots of amenities, pool table, basketball, yard games, wonderful Gazebo with swings. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for any large family gathering, wedding venue, etc. »

« We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for a large family such as ours. There was enough bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable, the living room was ample and I loved we could all sit around the large dining room table. Every bedroom and bathroom were modern and clean. The neighborhood was also great - within driving distance to Park City, lots of shopping and dining right near by and my family also enjoyed the community pool. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the host....

« Beautiful, large, well landscaped backyard with hot tub and huge, heated pool. Quiet neighborhood. Large driveway for parking. The beds were so comfortable and clean. Large kitchen. Beautiful tile work throughout home. Master bathroom shower was ideal. Owner communicated very well and made our stay so accomdating and easy. Thank you! I would definitely stay here again. »
