It sits on a beautiful partially wooded lot in central Davenport. The house has been part of the same parcel as Renwick since they were all part of the St. Katherine's historic district. Now, the Renwick Mansion is a wedding and event venue with this guest house on the property, and is also rentable on VRBO. If you plan your stay while Renwick is hosting a public event you can catch a concert or comedy show right next door! (Check the Renwick Mansion FB/Instagram page for details) On the first floor, the house has a comfortable living/TV room, dining room, kitchen and a family room with a sectional couch and projection screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics to make sure you can cook on the gas stove/oven during your stay. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a TV, bedroom 2 has a full/Double size bed and bedroom 3 has a queen bed and twin sized bunk beds. There is a fenced in backyard with a brick patio/firepit, back stoop and grill. The lot is shared with The Renwick Mansion, and has plenty of space on the four acres that is near the guest house to explore and play yard games. There is on street parking and off street parking at the end of the lot shared with Renwick as well.
