Welcome to our superb 4 bed, 3 bath vacation villa. This villa is located on the secure and gated Aviana Resort, just a few minutes from Disney. A perfect place to unwind after a busy day visiting many of the local attractions.
The villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard and will sleep 8 guests.

A beautiful private pool that overlooks a conservation area; what more could you want? There is plenty of space around the pool to laze around on the provided loungers.
The villa benefits from two spacious sitting room areas. Both with comfortable seating and large TV’s. There is direct access to the pool deck area from one of the sitting areas.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to make you and your family or friends a nourishing breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day of adventure. Alternatively, cook your evening meal or just fill the fridge with drinks and snacks.
There is a separate dining area just off the kitchen, ideal for breakfasts, with a more formal dining space for an evening meal.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have a TV; comprising:
