Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property. We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation. Max of 3 cars per address Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. The house backs up to the main road that runs through the community. The entire day there was loud dump-trucks going back and forth to a new development. You could not even have a conversation with each other out by the pool during the day. There were also tons of bugs, so likely a hole in the screening somewhere around the pool. The area around the community has no restaurant at all. Everything is a 20 min drive or more. We had an issue with the pool heating that after 4 days was finally resolved. Have not heard back about being compensated for that either. All in all would not return to this home as the location is terrible. ##### Carolyn C.
