The Lounge is beautiful with comfortable luxurious seating and with views to the pool deck meaning you can also keep an eye on the children from here. When getting back to me, they were very prompt and answered all of my questions. The Home couldn't use some updated equipment for kitchen, utensils, and dish-ware and pool towels and leaving some soap and trash bags to get you started would have been nice too,l but other than that my stay was beautiful. they have a very nice home and we're very prompt. The pool area was not up to par and could have been much more enjoyable. Everything else inside the house was very nice. The outside garbage situation was rough and that could have been a bit more organized by the cleaners or the property management. The guest or cleaners before left the trash outside full to the max and wild life got into the trash and there was poop everywhere, again it was a rough situation overall and not enjoyable or relaxing at all. ##### Nina S. Very nice getaway home, just got back from our 5 day stay and we were quite happy with the property. Home is modern, quite spacious, clean and well organized. Beds are very comfortable, and you have practically all you will need during your stay. Location is decent as well, within minutes of major grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping options. Paid for heated water in the pool and sauna, however there was an issue with a broken part, and it was not fixed during our stay, despite communicating 3 times with property manager and the owners. In all fairness, the extra charges for heated pool have been promptly refunded. It was a little bit if a bummer, since we looked for a heated pool specifically for our twin babies and their first water experience, but I understand things occasionally break. The local Publix is right around the corner with a very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen needs a new set of knives, some serving bowls and platters, and a few higher quality cutting boards. The living areas on both floors need floor lamps or end tables for desk lamps. Management responded quickly to our TVs that needed resetting. Also brought over a new coffee pot. The living room chair and those at the island could use upgrading - they squeaked terribly and felt very fragile. A side note-one of our group needed to go to the ER. 6 minutes away was a lovely hospital, Advent Health. I would consider it a top selling point for full time residents and visitors alike. ##### Connie S. A bit of a drive but very nice and comfortable. Home is very nicely decorated and modern with a beautiful kitchen counter my family enjoyed for breakfast conversations. Keyless entry is a pain because you must remember code but overall great place for family vacation. ##### Fritzy R. Management company was very responsive to any request. Quiet development. Two amazing Sand Cranes visited us a couple times. They seem to live in the neighborhood. Only negative I would say is that the location is very far from any attractions to get to the theme parks there is a build up of traffic for over an hour each way which is extremely frustrating. Also I had paid for pool heat for 12 days the heat was not turned on until the fifth day when I called the management company which was disappointing as the children could not use the pool for the first couple of days as it was so cold. The house is exactly as shown, every thing was well stocked. We rented for 11 days and has absolutely no problems! The two living spaces made it nice for the children to watch TV on their own. Everyone had plenty to do while spending time at the house, with the game room and pool. The location was very convenient, with all of the parks, and store near by. We would definitely rent again! We only stayed three days so we didn’t get to have some extended time at the pool and really enjoy the home as we were at Disney each day.
