"I arrived at resort around 11:30 pm and no one was at the front desk. I walked around for 30 mins and found someone in the parking lot and he said all front service personal leave a 8:30 pm. No where does it say that. I called the number and left a message and have yet to receive a call back. The resort looked nice, but we had to look for an other hotel in the middle of the night even though we had pre-paid to stay here."
