The floors are uneven and the steps are small. I would not recommend this house to anyone that has difficulty walking. The front door is not useable. The shower/tub could use anti-slip strips. Everything was in place as expected, and the flood did not end up causing any problem. Weather also was great. A couple of us do not walk well but there were not so many steps that we had any trouble. One of us smoked a pipe but never smoked in the house. The property was nicely redone inside and well stocked with what we needed. We stayed here with my 81 year old parents and I'm glad there was a downstairs bedroom because they would have struggled with the stairs to upstairs.
