The staff are all super helpful and polite, but the room was rewlly a let down. The AC failed so we had to use a fan, and if you know Philippines weather a fan just isnt good enough. The walls were all peeling paint and the TV didnt work. I wasnt able to try out the pool but it did look amazing.

Beautifully renovated former Filipino mansion being used as a private hotel near the airport. If you want some privacy, don't mind being off of the beaten path, and want to stay with a 5 minute drive of the Davao airport, then enjoy the almost private pool and beautiful interior of this hotel.

Beautiful place to stay, not in a great location.
The place is beautiful. The master dining room, the pool. Just amazing. The staff was absolutely perfect and helpful. If you're local it's probably a perfect getaway place. But it's location is off the main road and down a couple of dirt road alleys. Our grab driver bottomed their car out a couple of times. Not convenient if you'll be in and out alot. But overall it was a fantastic place to stay.

Badly needs maintenance and cleaning
We had the executive room. It has a huge balcony and direct access to the pool. However: The room was dirty and very badly maintained. A pity, because this could be a unique and awesome location. My tip to the owners would be to start a "Murder Mystery Dinner" game with stay-over in this venue, as - especially in its current state - would set the perfect mood for it (and it would probably be something quite unique for the Philippines).

Liked everything about this small, cozy, beautiful hotel. Very close to the airport. Large, sparkling clean swimming pool. Friendly, welcoming, responsive owners and staff. Very nice inside and out. Very clean everywhere. Arriving after midnight was okay. Affordable price.

I did not stay, there was a dirt road from hell to get to the property. then i had to wait 20 minutes for them to unlock the gate to get into the. while waiting for the gate to open i noticed that it was a very poor neighborhood in Davao which i did not feel safe for my family.

Perfect. We had the biggest room. Ate meals outside next to the pool. Quite. Just perfect. Staff was helpful with everything, even a few special requests. The signage from the street could be a little better. A few taxi drivers had trouble finding the hotel.

Quiet restful location
Booked this as it was close to the airport for my last nights in Philippines and it was better than expected even if we had to use the shared bathroom/toilet. As the room was not ready when we arrived was provided with a nice cold drink while we waited and then we spent the afternoon unwinding by the pool. Staff were always ready to provide what we requested from breakfast overlooking the pool or lunch by the pool itself. The room, although small was sufficient with a nice comfy bed and air conditioned. The hotel itself was in a nice quiet location so needed to get staff to call for a taxi with a 10 minute wait only. Overall a nice quiet, peaceful and very pleasant place to stay.

The staff treats everyone so special. This was a special trip and over all everything went so wonderful. I honestly will recommend this place to everyone. The room was very comfortable. The amenities were great.

Little Oasis Near the Airport
A little oasis very convenient to the airport. We stayed a the hotel to have a relaxing evening and be close to the airport for our early flight the next morning. We will definitely do this again. Enjoyed the private entrance to the pool from our room. Pool was nice and very well maintained. Staff was great. They were extremely helpful getting us to the airport on time when we overslept. Liked the large screen TV
