The check in late in the evening was great. The staff throughout all interactions were nice and professional. The rooms are too dark to really judge cleanliness. Towels were thin. Bed (King) was not a good sleep, not sure why. The shower curtain rod was sagging and the liquid soap dispenser in the shower was empty, which demonstrates no one is checking on housekeeping. I looked over the breakfast buffet and did not like the choices. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The service was warm and welcoming, with staff always greeting us with smiles. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and I particularly enjoyed the ambiance. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of benches to sit back and relax.
