### Transient Studio-type Apartment w/ WIFI good for max of 4

Located at Maa Road near Woodridge high-end subdivision here in Davao. 10 minutes travel from Davao airport by cab. In front of 24/7 Davao Central Convenience store. Walking distance to 7 eleven and NCCC Supermarket. Around 5 minutes going to Jollibee Maa by jeepney. There is eatery at the ground floor of the building that serves breakfast and lunch with a very affordable price yet delicious. There is also a laundry shop in the building. Accessible for taxis and jeepneys.

\-Walking distance to 24/7 stores, fast-food and restaurants.   
\-There is free breakfast for two every day of your stay.   
\-With LAN internet connection and telephone.
