Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
When arriving on site, the guards would not let us through even though we had proof of purchase. When entering the location, it was nothing like what was pictured on the website and very run down. The bathroom had mold everywhere and the ceiling was in bad condition. There was no toiletries provided as shown on Expedia. The key broke off into the door knob (which I purchased a replacement key with my own money) and luckily I was able to remove it from the door and that there was an extra key in a lock box that was for one of the bedroom doors. There wasn’t enough room or bedding for those that were staying in the location. 2 guests had to sleep on the floor. I tried contacting the host through the Expedia app and there was no response to any of these concerns I had. And have pictures to prove my statements. Very disappointed and dissatisfied
