Inside, your suite retreat boasts a top-notch gourmet kitchen, a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, a gas stove, dishwasher and even a microwave to whip up your culinary creations. Fancy sipping on frozen concoctions or cool coffee drink? Then you're in luck, with a Ninja blender! This unit has a traditional style coffee pot. You can dine indoors or soak up the sun outdoors in your private dining area. The villa features soaring ceilings, chic LaZBoy furniture, charming Beach-themed art, and sumptuous high thread count linens and luxury mattresses. With space for up to 6 guests, the villa offers a King Bedroom suite, 2 cozy Twin Hall Bunk Beds, and a snug Queen Sleeper Sofa. The full bath is accessible from the King Suite and the hall, showcasing a spacious vanity with granite counters and a stunning walk-in shower. Perched on Indian Bay, this waterfront gem offers Boat Docking (Limited space available so Please Book in Advance), a Fish Cleaning Table, and an Outdoor Grilling Station perfect for al fresco dining. Stroll through the lush grounds to the Bay, take a seat in the sun or swing, and soak in the serene surroundings. Need a lift? There's a cargo lift for your convenience for luggage. With only 4 total units in the complex, this cozy spot is the cream of the crop for your Island getaway! Each unit features a private balcony overlooking the serene water and lush grounds, and a front balcony features views to the front of Aloe Bay and fishing rodeo Grounds. Island Soul Waterlemon Cay is the 1st-floor North unit, Unit 1, of the Island Soul 4-plex on Indian Bay. These units were completed in 2023 and are right in the middle of Dauphin Island, close to everything. The unit includes a wet boat slip and spectacular views of Indian Bay. You are less than a block to the Dauphin Island Fishing Rodeo and Lighthouse Bakery, as well as many other businesses within walking distance. The public beach is just 1.3 miles away. The new Dauphin Island Convention Center is just across the street. \*\*Please note the following: 1\. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2\. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3\. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4\. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5\. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. 6\. The location was convenient, the place was clean and new, the kitchen was great, the furnishings were fantastic, and the waterfront docks were convenient for boating and fishing. There are a couple of nearby ramps to launch a boat, and we docked our boat at the property during our stay. We were there for fishing, but there were families in other units, so it's a great place for both. Items to note: they provide a starter pack of supplies (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and a few hotel sized toiletries). If cooking, you will need to bring oil, salt and pepper, etc. Two things we didn’t particularly care for but made work…the only privacy blinds are in the bedroom. I hung a sheet over the front door since it’s right next to the bunks. The bunks are equipped with real mattresses but that makes the top bunk mattress level with the railing. It is seven feet off the ground and made my nine year old a bit nervous. We slid a tote lid between the mattress and railing to provide a bumper. Overall, we would book the unit again. We saw dolphins just off the dock early in the morning. We enjoyed the kayaks. ##### Katie H. Waking up to incredible views and having the option to fish off the dock was a bonus! Beaches, restaurants, and the golf course are all within a few minutes drive.
