This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is designed for families and groups who want both comfort and convenience. Guests enjoy Gulf views, private neighborhood amenities, and an electric golf cart for easy transportation within Desoto Landing. The home’s split-level layout offers privacy and flexibility, with a full studio-style suite on the ground floor that’s perfect for extended family or guests who prefer extra space. Inside, the main living area provides distinct but open spaces for gathering and dining. The living room features two sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a checkers table for game nights. Sliding glass doors open onto the elevated deck, where you’ll take in panoramic views of the Gulf. The fully outfitted kitchen includes a bar for extra seating and prep space, plus a dining table for shared meals. A nearby hallway leads to a laundry closet and the main-level master suite.
