Conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access, it is beautifully decorated throughout with weathered-look flooring, wicker furniture, and a gourmet kitchen. Guests can enjoy the beach boardwalk and pools (heated and non-heated). This great condo enjoys all the amenities of the beach boardwalk and pools but does not face the beach and does not have a balcony. You're only a short drive from all the history at Fort Gaines, and an easy boat ride from Fort Morgan. Enjoy one of the two shared pools (one of which is heated), work on your tan, or grab a surfboard and head to the beach to catch some waves! After a long day, you'll have everything you need to relax and recoup for the next day's adventure. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The unit was cute with an updated decor and nice appliances. We appreciated the well-outfitted kitchen and the fact that there were TVs in both bedrooms, In addition to the living room. The beachfront location was great as well! The only disappointment was that the unit faced the side and parking lot and there was a lack of any outdoor space such as patio.
