The fully-stocked kitchen is brightened up with the lighter tones in the granite countertops and top of the line appliances. Dining for 6 in the dining room + more at the breakfast bar. Private balcony has dining for 6 with 2 chaise lounge chairs nearby. Bed accommodations include a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, and 3 can sleep in the twin over full bunk in the 3rd bedroom. Hall bath with jack and jill sinks separate from the watercloset that includes a shower/tub combo. Master suite offers private balcony access, jack and jill sinks, jacuzzi tub, stand shower, and separate watercloset room. You'll love staying in walking distance to shoppes & restaurants! The beach and pool access are nice, especially for families with children. Dolphin Island is more of a quiet getaway as there isn't much to do on the island itself but it's perfect for relaxing weekends. My dad and I took my grandparents down and it was a good speed for them. The front desk ladies are amazing at this place. ##### christina w. The decor was nice, it had a few maintenance issues that were promptly fixed by the management company. Our air conditioner never really cooled below 77, they had it scheduled to be fixed but then it started cooling again so we canceled the repair. Then it stopped again, we honestly just lived with it. The Wifi is spotty at best even with a hot spot. The views were fantastic, the condo is centrally located.
