On our last day the concrete and rebar underpinning of the home began to crumble and fall onto our vehicle causing damage. (We were so thankful it did not hit our grandchildren that had been putting away beach toys nearby!) We were forced to cancel our plans to wait hours for the property manager, who found several other crumbling and dangerous areas.
