"Property is fairly nice and very aesthetic. Also quite clean! The staff are friendly too! Location is convient, but the entrance is in a shopping area that closes after 9 or so and you have to take a back entrance if you come back late. Bathroom facilities are also not amazing, there are no good places to put your clothes and towel while you shower and there is only one bathroom per gender. Overall quite decent, especially for the price. Would stay again!"

"Best stay ever. Front staffs were very friendly and helpful. Some guests were a bit noisy but it’s not hostel’ fault. Body wash, shampoo and things that were needed during the stay were provided. I work in a hotel, so i know how hard it is to accommodate guests and make them satisfied with the service provided. I think staffs were doing perfectly a great job. I will definitely stay in this hostel again!"

"We stayed one night at the Grand Hotel before our flight out. Our room was beautiful with a lovely deck. We were in the newer building behind the big building, with views of the pool. The concierge was very helpful in arranging taxis for us, both for a ride to a night market and also to the airport the next morning. We had a great deal of luggage, and the stewards were incredibly kind to transport it to and from our rooms. A wonderful stay and definitely worth it to be at such a beautiful hotel. "
