For those seeking outdoor pursuits, Dartmouth offers a wealth of opportunities, from scenic coastal walks and exhilarating water sports to leisurely boat trips along the River Dart. Whether you are seeking relaxation or adventure, there is something for everyone to enjoy in this idyllic coastal haven.  
  
Number 10 offers close by access to the South West Coast Path. So, simply step out your front door to explore South Devon’s beautiful coastline. Take a short walk to Dartmouth Castle and Sugary Cove, or take the ferry across to Kingswear to visit The Daymark and experience the beautiful views.  
  
Families with adventurous young explorers are sure to love nearby Woodlands, just five miles out, where all-weather fun is guaranteed. With a mixture of rides, indoor and outdoor play areas, and even a toboggan run, you’re sure of a good day out. Or why not step away from the shore and take up one of the many boat rides which can be caught from the waterfront, with sights to see including historical Greenway Holt, the home of Agatha Christie, and a selection of nautical wildlife too, from seals to sea birds.  
  
Dartmouth is an all year round destination hosting a variety of regional events like the yearly Dart Music Festival (May), the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta (August), and the Dartmouth Food Festival (October).  
  
Inside, the apartment features a bright and airy open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, flooded with natural light and decorated in soft, neutral tones with tasteful coastal touches. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an integrated oven, microwave, and all the essentials for convenient home cooking.  
  
This Dartmouth holiday apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The first floor hosts a king-size bedroom and a modern family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, discover two additional light-filled bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus a second contemporary shower room, making it perfect for families or small groups.  
  
Whether you’re planning a coastal escape, a family holiday, or a getaway with friends, Dart Loft offers a stylish and welcoming base from which to explore the best of South Devon.  
  
Parking:  
There is no allocated parking and therefore we advise that you plan ahead. There are several local options nearby. Free parking can sometimes be found (though not guaranteed), and there are paid options available as well. The main central car park is Payby Phone App controlled and is approx. 15 minute walk away. Many visitors have found the 'Just Park' app helpful in securing a spot, so it’s worth looking into if you want to plan ahead.  
Between 1st October and 30th April there are lots of free and unlimited spaces throughout the town, the majority of those being on 'Newcomen Road and South Town' or 'Embankment Road' which is the road that runs along the entire river.  
During the main season (May-September) the 'Park and Ride' offers the best solution with regular buses running through the day.
