The cosy living room also opens out and features a smart TV. Outside, relax in the good-sized garden with seating. Private driveway parking for 2 cars completes the package.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the house and garden.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located on the outskirts of Dartmouth, meaning it's very easy to get into town but without the busyness! The park and ride is within easy walking distance too. So it's easy to get in and out of Dartmouth. There is also a supermarket within walking distance or a short drive away.

The home offers the perfect base to explore one of South Devon’s most picturesque coastal towns. Nestled on the banks of the River Dart, Dartmouth is known for its rich maritime heritage, colourful buildings, independent shops, and vibrant waterfront atmosphere.

Begin with a stroll along the bustling embankment, where you can enjoy coffee with a view or hop on a river cruise to nearby Totnes or a ferry to Kingswear. From Kingswear, hop aboard the historic Dartmouth Steam Railway for a scenic journey along the coast to Paignton.

Dartmouth Castle, perched at the river’s mouth, offers stunning views and a fascinating glimpse into the town’s naval past. Bayard’s Cove Fort, another historical gem, is just a short walk from the town centre.

The park and ride into Dartmouth is also a short walk away from the house.

Please note, there is a Ring Doorbell on the front door for the security of the property and our guests.

The sofa bed is available on request and incurs an additional fee of £25. This is just to cover the extra laundry cost.
