Enclosed patio with garden furniture. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. The property offers fabulous views overlooking St Clement’s Church, Dartmouth, Kingswear, the estuary and beyond to the sea. The property has been renovated to a high contemporary standard with new fittings and quality soft furnishings throughout. Off-road parking for two cars adjacent to the front door.  
  
On the ground level the kitchen/dining area. has integrated appliances, a full range of utensils and includes a vacuum, iron and ironing board. The dining table with seating for four, 32" TV with Freesat and settee. There is also a separate WC and washbasin. Leading up to the first floor, there is an open plan living room furnished with a leather corner sofa with two integral reclining chairs, a coffee table and 40" TV with Freesat. There are patio doors open onto the balcony with bistro table and chairs; offering amazing views over Dartmouth and Kingswear. Also on this level is a twin bedroom (can be set up as a king), oak wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, a mirror and 32" TV with Freesat. There is also the added benefit of an en-suite shower room. Patio doors open from the bedroom into a secluded courtyard with a table and seating. Finally, leading to the top floor is the master bedroom. Furnished with oak wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and lady dresser/mirror, the amazing kingsize bed. There’s also a leather sofa with two integral electric reclining chairs, coffee table and 32" TV with Freesat. This bedroom also comes with an en-suite comprising of a bath with shower/screen, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. There’s Juliette balcony with fabulous views across the town.
