Our modern 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse offers high standard, spacious accommodation to families, business travellers and contractors. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely residential area of West Hill, it offers easy access to town centre and train station as well as great road links to London, Kent and Essex.  
This fully equipped, beautifully furnished house provides everything you need for comfortable stay including zip & link beds, free parking, super fast WIFI and private garden.  
The space  
This spacious house boasts a large, bright living room with sofa beds and a Smart TV with Netflix.  
The fully equipped kitchen benefits from washing machine, fridge/ freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, cooker, oven and microwave etc.  
All essential utensils, pots and pans are available for cooking.  
There are 3 double and 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and extra downstairs WC. All double bedrooms have zip and link beds meaning you have an option to have the beds as one super king or 2 single beds depending on your requirements.  
There is a driveway for one car and free on street parking, free super-fast WIFI and lovely private garden with patio.  
Other things to note  
Strictly no parties or events allowed in this property.  
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.  
Pets not allowed.
