The property is located within a short walking distance to the city centre and has an abundance of restaurants, takeaways and local amenities on the doorstep. The property is beautifully decorated and funished & will appeal to families or people working in the area looking for a short-term stay. The living room is located at the front of the house and has two large 2 seater sofa's, a 43"Smart internet TV and a coffee table. The dining room is at the rear of the house with a large dining table and seating for up to 7 guests. There is a modern fitted kitchen located just off the dining room that is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. There is also a downstairs w/c with a washing machine. Bedroom 1 has two single beds and a clothes hanging rail. Bedroom 2 has a single & double bed with clothes hanging rail. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a clothes rail - this is located on the 3rd floor. The bathroom is located on the first floor and has a separate shower. Free wifi is provided. Parking is on-street (outside of the property). Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity.
