"When I was approaching S. High St from the parking lot, I tripped on the uneven sidewalk and experienced a fall. I was bleeding from my hand and face. The Valet on duty quickly came to my aid, provided ointment and bandaids. He was very helpful and concerned. The valets were also helpful when someone came to pick us up; allowed us to park for 10 minutes at the curb and watched our car."

"It smelled awful! The sheets on both beds were dirty and covered in hair… the ceiling in the bathroom was literally peeling off. The carpet was disgustingly dirty that elevator smelled like an ashtray DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!"
