We thank you for the feedback, we did a thorough investigation on the room, and unfortunately this room was under maintenance which was not picked up by our system. We sincerely apologize for this, and we would like to have your contact details as we would like to send you a complimentary one night stay voucher in our Executive suite category ( ocean view ) inclusive of breakfast . With regards to the construction noise , we had a weeding the next day, and the event company were doing the setup without taking our permission which we would have refused instantly, we have already addressed this seriously and please be rest assured this will never happen again going ahead .
