When I ordered a snack for in-room dining, the staff was not aware about the menu and the pricing, in fact I would have been over charged. Fortunately, I did not order much food items.
I met a couple of my friends from India on 15th night at dinner, they have ordered food which took more than an hour though these items were readily available at the buffet counters. But when served it was not what they had ordered.
Also I could see a family group which was having dinner (for their wedding anniversary) verbally complaining about the service to the manager. They expressed their dissatisfaction on the service.
