There are a dozen waterfront restaurants within 10 minutes! We are also just 10 Minutes from Mobile and only a few minutes to I-10, Fairhope and Mobile Bay. 45 minutes to the many Gulf Beaches and 40 minutes to Pensacola. \*Please note a 4% non-refundable credit card fee will be applied to all payments. Please lock all windows and doors when you leave. If you are staying or checking out on a Sunday or Monday please put the trash can by the street for Monday morning pick up. Please review and follow our clean-up procedures prior to your departure. They are available in the house manual on the entryway table when you arrive. PLEASE - do not park on the grass at any time :) We have a sprinkler system. Parking areas are specified in the house manual. It will be clear where they are when you arrive though. Check-out is at 11:00am and our cleaners arrive between 11:00-11:15\. If you need a late check-out, this must be requested and approved by us in advance. Any late check-out that is not approved in advance will result in a $100 fee. A group of six friends rented this house for a girls' weekend! House was immaculate, easy to get to and worked very well for our group. We had a slight entry with the smart lock mechanism but ultimately resolved the issue very quickly. House is convenient to restaurants and Fairhope where we attended the Arts & Crafts Festival!
