Nice hotel, too much going on.

The staff was less than helpful with even a simple task of providing a phone number for ordering food. They changed my room without even asking me and did not compensate me in any way. They had too many weddings going on so the lounge was over crowded. There were people arguing outside of our window in the front of the building late at night.

Not so nice

Room was not what I booked. I booked King, received double and they blamed Expedia even though I showed email confirmation. The room was not properly cleaned daily. The hallways smelled like wet carpet. Will not be staying at this place ever again

Needed a place to spend the night.

Pros: When the space in all of the nearby hotels was "sold out" there was space available here. Otherwise - read the above.
Cons: Stop the practice of charging for unspecified, assumed future purchases.
Location: Visited relatives in Newburyport, Mass.
Arrived. Welcomed cordially. Went to bed. Slept. Woke up. Departed. i was surprised that $ 50.00 had to be charged to my credit card (to be refunded at an unspecified future time) in case I incurred any additional expenses at the hotel.

OK hotel but not clean.

Pros: Good location, and the water park was fun for the kids but not cheap.
Cons: CLEAN THE ROOMS AND HALLWAYS
We had to move rooms 3 times. First room, air conditioner didn't work. Second room was not clean at all. Third room was better but not even close to the last two hotels we stayed at.

Awful experience

Just had to file a dispute through my bank just to get my deposit back. The hotel is not being very helpful and is making my experience there the worst I've ever had at a hotel.

Charged multiple times

Was charged when checking in although had already paid through expedia and charged again for full stay a couple days after check out with no explaonation or apology. Very disappointing.

Pros: Close to where our friends live.
Cons: Your billing system on the computer was an issue and overcharged us by a considerable amount. However, the front desk staff took care of the issue.
We were there for a wedding, so didn't do much else.
