I would definitely return
"About as good as it gets in Taipei. Classic old building, but maintained well, you don't really feel anything is old. I would definitely stay here again. Very walkable, it takes less than 15 min walk to Main station."
"We stayed 8 nights at the Plaza King and had a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service from every level, especially the Horizon check-in service. My children and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They had a good variety of delicious things to eat. Lastl, we were also delighted there was a bus stop just outside of the hotel that takes you to the airport. "
A verified traveller from Rancho Palos Verdes stayed at Shangri-La Far Eastern, Taipei
"Everything is fine except the bed, too soft and the mattress seems dated. Another thing is that the standard toothbrush and toothpaste are only provided on demand. "
"The service of concierge is brilliant, even the normal breakfast place is not available while I am staying but its service is still up to the standard."
A verified traveller stayed at Hotel Royal - Nikko Taipei
"The rooms were big especially in Taiwan standards. The property was renovated and we had a great stay.
There is a shopping mall right beside the hotel with tons of food options. "
