This location was so much fun. We loved the lazy river and the staff were wonderful. I do wish they had a way to air up your own flotation devices. I needed to get one the would accommodate my size and Michael thank you for allowing it. We will be back.

The rooms dont quite look like the photos, but they were not the worst rooms ive ever stayed in. Very humid/wet room upon walking in. It was just OK. Alot of broken/aged and dirty areas in the room. Breakfast was decent but very busy before it ends at 9:30.

I liked that it was central to the attractions like universal studios and Disney.
Some at the front desk was helpful especially a male forget his name, but very helpful.
What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that we couldn’t use the gym because it’s for VIP guests only. So I had 3 rooms booked for my family and my sons wanted to use the gym and was told they could not. When I booked, there was no restrictions about the gym. Hence my takeaway of 2 stars.

"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. We stayed to go to Wolfgang Pucks restaurant which is one the property. The restaurant wasn't at all what I expected, it was sterile with a limited menu. The hotel bar was amazing though."
