There are no elevators on this property so if you’re on the 3rd floor, expect to hike up the stairs carrying your suitcases. They offered no assistance with this. On the first day of our stay, there was no water to our room for 2 hours so taking a shower was out of the question. When I reported the issue, I was told that this was common on mornings because everyone at the hotel was probably using water at the same time so there was limited flow. I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. The food was unappealing, limited and tasted poorly; we chose to venture outside of the hotel to purchase our meals. There was one bartender there (Jaydeon) who made excellent cocktails and was very attentive and hospitable. His service was the only thing that salvaged our experience there.

The stay was mediocre. I’ve never stayed at an all inclusive where there weren’t restaurants or food available 24 hours. The dining is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner only. The snack shacks that they have pick and choose when they will be open and when they are open they are out of everything. The food is not good at all. The rooms are ok. A bit outdated. There was no hot water at night time and the water in the shower floods the entire restroom. One of my family members room was infested with ants and they wouldn’t move them. The pools are dirty as well. Oh and bring your own bath towels as they only have the drying towels no wash cloths.

Dear Chauntae,If you are well informed upfront you would know we don;t have 24 hour all in service. We never had this in our hotel. The buffet restaurant is open on set times also nothing ne. Beside this we have snacks form 10:00 en also pizza from 12:00. I hope some helped you with the hot water because it is available. We don't provide wash cloths that's correct..

The resort is very basic and that was great, the food menu needs to have a huge shake up because there was absolutely no variety in terms of Breakfast, lunch & Dinner. Our rooms were nice and clean and the AC worked great, sp great that they need to provide comforters because even at the highest temperature possible the room gets pretty cold at night. Staff was great, although sometimes they just need to be more attentive to the guests. Other than that the stay was okay, not horrible but not fantastic either.

I will never ever come back to this hotel. The staff is so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. The food choice is minimal. The house keepers don’t clean well. They don’t say welcome or give u a welcome drink. They have you bring your own bags to your room.

I gave the property an average rating (3 stars) because there was some Cons such as no one ever came to clean the room the entire week I stayed without me having to ask after 5days and constantly asking for toiletries such as tissue. Also for a kids hotel I would have liked to see entertainment , there was live music which was nice but no performance, which would have been nice added bonus. However on the good side it is very kid friendly and family centered , the food got better and better everyday and they had variety ( which I was surprised from other reviews) they did have a free shuttle to take your to beach and downtown wilmestad which was nice because taxis are crazy expensive here. The staff was very nice and accommodating ( besides the hiccup with the room cleaning) Overall it was good for the price, if these suggestions or issues are fixed I think they have the potential to be great.

We are you happy that we chose to stay here. Great all inclusive at a reasonable price. Location was great. Secure parking for your rental car. Convenient location. We visited a couple different beaches each day. Snorkeled more on this trip then I have before. Several pools great place for families and couples. Had a lap pool that was for adults that was a great place to spend the day. Would definitely come back!

The place was filthy in the pool area where the kids go into the pool had all iguana poop all over the place.. there was mold on the outside on the chairs that you lay on.. The place was filthy nobody picked up any of the debris that was around the area.. be warned about going to this place we are Americans in this is definitely not a four-star more like a two star.. I can’t tell you how dirty I was and the food wasn’t that great same thing over and over.. The room has a terrible smell to it like a moldy smell.. and they don’t have American outlets..

It was very convenient that one of the pool and bars was right outside our apartment, however, there was only air conditioning in our bedrooms. Our kitchen and living room were not air conditioned. Our bathroom smelled of sewage for 3 days with only cleaner splashed around in there. Being a home owner, and had experienced this before, I know they had a more serious problem that needs to be handled. Pools close at 7, last bar closes at 11. The dinner time buffet was generally good, however not a good selection of fruit.

My group truly enjoyed our stay at the resort...the staff were very friendly especially at the reception desk and restaurant, the food variety for lunch and dinner were appreciated (catering to vegans/pescatarians) and the number of pools was a plus. My only complaints were the lack of vegan options for breakfast and the fact that the towels/mats were not replaced after a cleaning. On the second to last day of our stay we had to use pool towels and hand towels to bathe...this was in very poor taste. Nonetheless it was a good stay overall and this resort should get some higher ratings.
