Frist room was old, wore out ,asked for a roll away before we got to hotel,of course they didn't have one for my grandson ,so they moved us, clear on they other side of the hotel in the area they are doing construction it was a mass, New room that was not finished, we had ants in our room ,on the beds, we stay one night enjoy the fish convention, then we left early,would not stay here again!!

The Museum Hotel was super cool. We enjoyed looking at the art exhibit. Staff was Friendly & helpful. Great location.

This hotel is dated. While the room itself has been cosmetically updated (floors, bathrooms are nice) and the hotel offers some of the rooms with balconies which is a very nice perk, the room I stayed in was hotter than Hades and probably needs the HVAC to be updated. I had to run out to Wal-Mart to purchase a fan in order to survive my stay because I did not want to give up my corner balcony because I know the solution I would have been offered was to change rooms which I did not want to do. Front desk staff was variable. Some were helpful in storing my luggage until my room was ready, but there was one young lady who was not helpful at all and told me that my room had a pool view - when I got to my room, I had a parking lot view instead! I had a poor experience in the restaurant, the one time I decided to have dinner at the hotel on a Sunday evening, the bartender was apparently the only floor staff they had, so one staff person from the golf course felt bad and said she wouldn't leave her alone and was helping her out along with another man from another department. Service was extremely slow, not something you'd expect from a "resort" that charges you a $20 resort fee per night for...nothing? For staying there, I guess. We didn't get anything extra that's for sure, except for inconveniences. Oh, and don't try and be healthy and order the broccolini...I think it was either $6 or $8 for the laughably small portion.
