Short drives to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville. Perfect retreat accommodates families and friends comfortably. Enjoy the cool breeze on the screened-in porch or relax in the cozy living room. #### Super Nice

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfectly tucked away and waterfront while not too far of a drive to just about anything you would need. Very clean which is huge! Beds were super comfortable but the master is broken down on some of the edges. We did have close neighbors but rarely seen anyone until our last night. I would only have 2 suggestions. #1 and no fault to the owner but I didn’t notice in the listing there is no dishwasher. That is usually a given and no one wants to do dishes on vacation. #2 since there is no dishwasher it was very inconvenient to wash dishes with no stopper for the sink. Ended up using a large bowl. Only had one dishcloth for the entire week and when asked for more just told no we don’t have any. Minor but inconvenient details that could be easily remedied. Overall we would definitely come back!
