"Centrally located near A'dam Train station/de Dam"
This hotel is truly one of the most centrally located hotels in Amsterdam. Situated right on Dam Square, it is a 7 minute walk to the train station and the tram stop is right outside the front door. Across from the hotel is the beautiful department store De Bijenkorf, which is comparable to Macy's Department Store. Around Dam Square there are many restaurants to choose from, as well as several attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel and restaurant staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and neat, the bed was comfortable and there's even a Nespresso machine in the room! They also have a list of several different types of pillows to choose from, which was great.
It was a grew experience from check in to check out. The staff were polite and explained everything also the hotel is central and only 10 mins walk from dam square central station. Mini bar always refilled and towels always replaced.
We would definitely stay here again. It is really near to the town but not too near to be disturbed by noise. Also just across from the main station with a 15 min train journey to the airport. Check in and out very smooth. Whenever we needed anything - one quick call and service delivered. The only downside is that the cocktails in the sky lounge are really expensive but the view from the bar is very good. Room cleaned every day and polite helpful staff fluent in English
Hotel is excellently located in center of Amsterdam. Staff is friendly. Room was big, modern and clean. Rated room comfort a two though due to hardness of mattress and the fact I was woken up at seven (!!!) o'clock in the morning from hammering and drilling in the room next door as the hotel seems to go through a renovation project.
If you are looking for a hotel with a central location, that's quiet, comfortable, easy to find and close to the central station then look no further. The friendly staff, good value and close proximity to popular attractions make it an ideal place to stay.
Very welcoming and going out of their way to have excellent experience. Perfect location. Big rooms and excellent amenities. Would go back to the same hotel for sure. Very clean, free welcome drinks and chocolate. Quiet rooms. Clean restrooms. Good location and neighborhood. A a a a a a a a a a a a a a a ababs
The bustling heart of Amsterdam, this district attracts hordes of visitors teeming from Centraal Station to Dam Square and its beautiful Nieuwe Kerk (14th-century). The oldest part of town, Oude Zijde, is famous for its Red Light District, but the University and the docks bring a different kind of colour and buzz to the narrow streets. Don't miss the Oude Kerk, the Amstelkring Museum or the paintings in the Amsterdam Museum.
