Nice hotel
Great room, however mattress on pull out couch was less than desirable and the ac unit was louder than most hotels I have stayed in.

Nice hotel and clean
The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable and perfect for us. The only thing... handicapped accessible room on a floor with no ice machine? Must go up or down a floor for ice. Seems like an inconvenience for someone in a wheelchair.

Bed Bugs
My room had bed bugs.

Dear Guest, We apologize for any inconvenience you had during your stay here and assure you that the hotel has never had a bed bug problem. After researching your stay, we were surprised that there was no mention of any bed bug issues for the 6 nights you stayed here. The room you stayed in has been rented almost daily,previous to and after your stay without any issue.The hotel has never had any bed bug issues.

Modern, beautiful hotel.
Easy to find just off 75. Very friendly front desk staff. Room was perfectly arranged for easy accessibility. Queen size beds were true to size. Keurig, microwave and frig in room. 3 adults were very comfortable in the room. Will definitely stay here on next trip.

Dalton Stay
I have stayed here twice while visiting family in the area and have been comfortable and happy each stay. From the cucumber water and coffee at the entrance to the luxurious rooms. Great for the price and super happy.

The stay was great. The staff was very friendly, allowed me to check in early, and the hotel was very quiet. The only recommendation I have is adding USB ports on the night stands would be helpful.

A Disaster
We didn't notice the squeaking bathroom door until we had to get up during the night, thereby waking the sleeping wife/husband. The toilet seat was another matter--annoyingly loose so that it would slide off the rim. The really bad aspect of our stay was the party across the hall and the young children running up and down the hall, making noise. We called down to the front desk and asked that someone be sent up to quiet things down. I'm not certain they made it up to the second floor where we were because of the confusion after the fire alarm was set off, probably by the kids, but not certain it wasn't one of the party participants. It was close to 20 minuets before the alarm was silenced. Getting back to sleep was hindered by the party people packing up and leaving--another 20 minutes. You can do better-go somewhere else to spend the night.

Business Trip
I had to come to Dalton for business and chose this hotel through Expedia as I always use Expedia. The staff were great ate at the restaurant had the steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes. Steak was over cooked, shrimp was to salty and they gave me a salsa sauce instead of cocktail. This really was my only bad experience everything else was great, and I would recommend it to friends.

The hotel is convenient to the interstate yet the rooms are very quiet and the beds are extremely comfortable. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is where I always stay when traveling to Dalton. I have never had any issues. The rooms and grounds are always well kept and clean. In a nice part of town, close to many restaurants.

Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable. Plenty of restaurants close. We stayed one night, to go race in Brainerd the next day. Definitely would stay here again

Nice hotel but staff at front desk could use a little more training on how to welcome a guest. Our room was good but the noise level in the morning was ridiculous. The banging of the housekeepers moving around and the construction out side was annoying. Bartender super friendly and provided excellent customer service!

Nice and quiet!!
Room were very nice and clean. Look like it was either a new hotel or newly remodeled. Bathroom was very clean and new. Staff were great. Lots of restaurants close buy. Just a great place to stay. It was quiet for the this time of year. it is a college area.

We were about a quarter mile away at the Red Roof Inn. I have never been to Dalton so I had no idea about the area. The Red Roof was $95. It was absolutely disgusting. the worst I've ever seen. Luckily we found this Holiday Inn and it was like a piece of Heaven. Super clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds. Quiet. I gladly paid the extra money to stay here. And would do it again.

Dalton Holiday Inn and Suites, Great Stay!
Stopped at this Holiday Inn and Suites in Dalton Georgia which is our half way mark to Florida. This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel and we would definitely stay there again. Very nice, clean and great service.

we were traveling with elderly parents...the rooms were quite convenient and well appointed.....the pool was nice as was the fitness center and business center.......having a nice restaurant on site was a plus as well.....will stay her again
