our stay was a good for just the weekend but the cleanliness was a no go for me and it was noisy not because their was a wedding there that night but there were children screaming up and down the hallway, there was a lot of running, jumping and banging on the walls from children on both sides of us and we barely got any sleep the whole weekend there.

This hotel is reasonably priced, has a good location, and has clean, updated rooms with good amenities. Every member of the staff I encountered was very nice and efficient. Check in and check out were quick, and I encountered no problems on this stay. The gym is superior to most hotels, and it has a variety of cardio and free weights. The bar area looks very nice and they host receptions and events there some evenings. The only thing that detracts from the hotel are the passageways. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I walked into my room, because after you go past the beautiful lobby, the passageways are quite dark and have some worn carpeting. However, when you enter your room, everything is clean and updated. I would stay here again for sure.

I read the other reviews after we were already at the property but I agree with some of the other people, the property is not as advertised. The lobby and restaurant is extravagant but the rooms and the hotel part itself is kind of run down and old. But the main thing I had against it is the smell of smoke in the halls. Someone was clearly smoking weed and the smell was so strong that it was permeating into our room. Also, pool was closed and the website never said anything about it being closed at the time. It’s not the absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at but definitely misadvertised.

It ended up being the perfect spot to view the total solar eclipse. I met many wonderful people. The staff all around were the most professional, friendliest I have had the pleasure to come across.

I ended up leaving and finding a room at another hotel. The property not very clean and parking lot looked very dark and unsafe. I did not feel comfortable staying there and left.

This property is horrible!!! The front answered the phone saying only, “Hello?” Unprofessional. Our first room the TV didn’t work. The second room we slept till about 4 in the morning when I started itching. I looked at my bed. There was a giant bed bug!!! I woke up my sister real quick and told her to look on her side and there was another one. We called the front desk. He seemed not to care like it was normal for this situation. He told us the manager would be in at 9 but we left in a quickness.

This was my first and last time staying at this property. The hallways were long and dark and creepy. The furniture in my room was dusty and extremely outdated. The lock on the room door would turn but not lock.

The pool is the reason to go here!
This was a very nice 1 night stay. The property is beautiful with some stylish details. The pool area is absolutely wonderful with lots of cabanas to hang out and relax in. The room is spacious and nice. You can definitely tell that the property was updated a few years ago and not really upkept, as there are some wear and tear things that you can see, but nothing too bad. The bed is extremely hard and left me hurting in the morning. But I loved the pool area so much that I would definitely stay again for a one night stay. My back could not handle multiple nights with the bed so hard. Also, the room did smell of smoke when I arrived, which I alerted the front desk to. She offered me a new room, but I declined as it was tolerable enough as long as I would not be blamed for it.

This hotel was rated at 3.5 stars and was a 1.5 at best. It was dated, not clean, worn down, the restaurant was never open, and the location was not within walking distance to any food. The pool literally had a sign warning against entering with diarrhea. Staff were kind, which was the only good thing about this place.
