Our building has a lounge, bark park, an unbelievable wellness studio/gym. This is a gated complex with free street parking as well. Getting Around: Scooter and bike shares are easily accessed from this home, and public transport stations are nearby. There is parking available for guest and street parking for visitors. Ride shares are affordable from this area due to its central location. Other Things to Note: Unit is located on the 3rd Floor (no elevator). Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
