Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. ($500 fee for every violation) Late Check-Out Fee: Check-out time is important so that we can prepare for the next guest. If you need more time, please let me know in advance, as a late check-out will attract an hourly fee. (Late check out will result in a $50 hourly fee) Lost Key Fob Fee: If the key fob is lost, it will need to be replaced (There will be a $100 fee to replace it) Shoe-Free Environment: To keep the place clean for all guests, kindly remove your shoes when inside. Window Policy: For safety and climate control, please avoid leaving windows open when you're not at the house.
